About the position

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our innovative and dynamic company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in administrative support within a multidisciplinary team, in a modern and collaborative environment.

Your work will play a key role in providing much-needed support to the wider team, assisting us to continue our success as a leading regulatory consultancy, serving medical device manufacturers around the world. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain documentation, coordinate activities, and support compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to regulatory team members
  • Maintain and organise documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Contribute to project management with data entry and maintenance of CRM platform
  • Support the accounts department with client correspondence
  • Coordinate with project leads and IT to facilitate client onboarding
  • Support and work alongside our Office Manager to ensure smooth running of the company HQ

Essential requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
  • Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role would be advantageous

This role does not require specific experience in medical devices or regulation and is open to candidate who have a range of educational backgrounds.
