About the position
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic company, operating within an enormous global B2B market with almost unlimited growth potential.
As a highly motivated individual with ideas, creativity and drive, you’ll have the ability to directly influence our growth trajectory, attracting new business and enhancing our market position through data-driven improvements. You’ll work with an exceptional, multidisciplinary team in a modern, collaborative environment where everyone has a voice. Your work will build upon our existing success as a leading regulatory consultancy, serving medical device manufacturers developing pioneering MedTech innovations across 5 continents.
About Mantra Systems
Mantra Systems has established a reputation as one of the leading providers of medical device regulatory consulting services. We serve a global client base from one of the world’s largest industries, with exposure to an enormous range of medical technologies and healthtech innovators.
Operating in a highly regulated industry, medical device manufacturers need expert guidance to successfully navigate regulatory approval requirements and bring their products to market. Our work delivers this expertise through tailored consulting and professional medical writing services. We are a valued partner for over 350 medical device firms around the world.
This position is for:
Applicants who are excited to apply their skills to the marketing of our services to prospects developing pioneering, life-changing technologies. We welcome applicants looking for a vibrant, stimulating and dynamic environment.
The role is suited to those seeking an opportunity to showcase and develop their abilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist within a large, expanding and global B2B market. You’d be well suited if you welcome the chance to innovate and be creative with modern marketing techniques, free from the relative restrictions of working in a large organisation.
We’re looking for a self-starter who would thrive working in an environment that encourages ideas, innovation and fresh approaches. A great work ethic, impeccable integrity and a commitment to the highest quality are essential requirements.
We value personal attributes over direct experience. If you have a deep desire to learn, a positive attitude, ideas, hunger, and a passion to support leading work delivered by an exceptional team, Mantra Systems offers a rare environment in which you will flourish.
This role isn’t a great fit if:
- You use unguided AI as a substitute for personal endeavor
- You feel that “good enough” is good enough
- You need regular and direct oversight, or others to keep you accountable
- You’re looking for a highly structured, repetitive environment. We move fast, change often, and expect a lot of ownership.
