About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to lead and execute our marketing strategy to attract new business and re-market to our existing client base.
Mantra Systems has established a reputation as one of the leading providers of medical device regulatory consulting services and we serve a global client base from one of the world’s largest industries. Your role as Marketing Manager will further build and accelerate our commercial traction, with the objective to cement our position as a primary provider in our space.
You would be working alongside a talented multi-disciplinary team of medical doctors, regulatory professionals, biomedical science graduates and IT experts within an open and mutually supportive environment.

Key tasks
- Use of LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for lead prospecting
- Daily LinkedIn content publication
- Ad campaign management on LinkedIn & other platforms
- Subscriber lists management & newsletter co-ordination
- Lead magnet ideation & production
- Warm & cold outreach strategy development & execution with metrics oversight
- YouTube & other social media channel content management
- Re-marketing to identified targets
- Production of graphics & images to support marketing output
- Work alongside our Creative Technologist on the company website
- Copy writing and review
- Use of success metrics and conversion optimisation
- Key involvement with in-person events (e.g. webinars)
- Managing company presence at external events
Essential requirements
- Proactive & self-starting
- Proficient in using IT, including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Canva, video editing software and others
- Desire to learn & be a subject matter adjacent to our medical writing experts
- Experience working with tone-of-voice and branding documents
- Flawless written English with a keen eye for detail
- A team player with superb verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
This role will be office-based working from the company HQ in Sheffield. While some home-working will be available, this position is not open to remote candidates.
This role does not require specific experience in medical devices or regulation and is open to candidates who have a range of professional backgrounds.
There will be 2-stages to this interview process. Successful applicants will be invited to an informal video call and be given a short-written exercise to submit thereafter. Following completion, successful candidates will then be invited to our office for a final interview.
